Quite a few years ago After shooting a lot of footage in Iraq and Afghanistan d.corlew films shot, directed a Documentary for Great American Country Network. It was Called, The Journey Home; A Soldiers story. ( which is where the name of our foundation originated .)
It was based on two different subjects that had experienced great loss in the war on terrorism.. Chief Warrant Officer 3 Scott “ Scooter” Schroeder was one of the two we based the doc on… I was overcome with joy to see him and his beautiful wife Laura at a Awards Event at Austin Peay University. My friend Joel Pruitt was presented a Service Achievement Award.. A great Night to see so many friends, old and new!!God Bless the Men and Women who sacrificed so much for our Nation..
